So for this big girls' special day, we cruised up to Disneyland. But before we made it there, this is how the morning went...
Kalli woke up with some crazy birthday hair
Seriously, look at it!
Treyvan wanted to wish a Happy Birthday to the best sis ever!
Kalli opened a few presents from us. This is her favorite. Look closely at those shimmery eyes
Then we headed to the donut shop for a birthday donut - sprinkles of course!
After Treyvan's nap we finally made it to Disneyland. Kalli decided she wanted to go to California Adventure, so that is where we spent the afternoon. She wanted me to take a picture of her in all the letters
We only made it to the second 'A' - close enough.
We got to see a few characters
Of course, this made the day complete seeing Kalli's FAVORITE princess

We also ventured to some rides/tours we had never been on before. We got free tortillas and sourdough bread on two tours showing how they are made
The last ride we went on, the giant ferris wheel, Kalli DID NOT like. (There were tears.) Not helping matters, the wind was cold, so we froze in that little box. I thought it would be fun, but it looks like we won't be going back anytime soon!
On our way out Kalli insisted we take a picture here. We had so much fun and I can't wait to go back to spend the $62 birthday gift card - Thank You Disneyland!

So fun! And such cute pictures as always. You guys all look great and happy! Jada was just asking about Kalli on her way to school today. :) Are you going to be in Utah at all at Christmas time? We may be in So Cali for a day or two--it would be awesome to see you!

The messier the hair, the better the sleep. All right Kalli! Can't believe our little ladies are now 5. Stop growing girls! Looks like she had a GREAT day!!
Kalli sure does rock that hair!! were sad we missed the celebration and I had hoped to do the disneland b-day thing for Kaili too! looks like fun. We'll be back for sure in a yr and a half tough. Hope all is well for you guys!
