The Police Academy

Today we arranged for all the co-op preschools to get together for a presentation by the Police of Aliso Viejo. They even let the kids crawl all over inside the police car to check it out.

This had better be the last time I ever see my kids in the back seat of a police car...

Trey loves trucks and cars, so I thought he would be in heaven, but he got a little scared when they turned on the sirens.

Is it Really Only February?

We went to the beach with some friends to enjoy some unseasonably warm weather - high 70's! Kalli was excited to be back.

Trey was intrigued with the birds and loved the buckets and shovels. I had a great time too. Definitely looking forward to the summer!

My Valentine

Nate surprised me and we went to Bandera's in Corona del Mar this year for Valentines Day. I had heard of this place and the infamous 2 hour wait to get in. We didn't wait quite that long but while we waited we went to Pacific Whey pastry shop and I had dessert before dinner - a huge cinnamon roll and he had a big sugar cookie.

Don't worry, it didn't ruin our appetite, we still enjoyed pork tenderloin and chicken enchiladas. The food was scrumptious and I would definitely go back! I had a great time out with my Valentine, I feel pretty lucky to be married to this man. Happy Valentines Day!

Happy Birthday Tanner!

Tanner had his 5th birthday party at Farrell's. Kalli loved the ice cream sundae and balloons! She has known Tanner for 3 years now and they have a lot of fun together. They met (Julie and I met) at Mom's Club in Laguna Niguel. We have been great friends ever since.

Treyvan loved the balloons too. He liked being with all the big kids the most though!

Preschool Valentines Fun

At Preschool today, Kalli had a mini party. They played pin the arrow on the heart and some other fun little games.

She has so much fun with these girls!

She even made me a beautiful Valentines heart. My little girl is so sweet and thoughtful - I am so lucky to have her in my life!
